Ha...I am familar with Columbia and some of the surrounding areas. Now, Howard Co I believe has surpassed Montgomery Co as one of the richest counties in the nation (last time I checked).

It was farmland when I moved there in 76, I watched it go to hell and turn into high dollar developments.

 I cashed out in 05 and bought 30 acres in TN. Lower taxes, less crime, less bullshit altogether.

 I know some money people that live right on the Severn, its not me. I didn`t mind going down there to drink their booze from time to time.  ;D
