$20,000 damage - really. Isn't this a civil court matter, and not a criminal matter. Come on.

BUT, I heard that they do have evidence, that the neighbor did film the eggs being thrown over the wall, and Beiber and another personal calling out some crazy shit.

Eggs do damage...had they done this to your house, we know you wouldn't have called the police. You'd have called 11 of the biggest, baddest IFBB pros (that owe you a favor) to handle your business.
Therefore, saving the taxpayers money, and showing that the muscles are "functional".

How about going to your friends building and steal most "sometimes all" of the fire extinguishers...pass by a bus station and sprayed everybody... or ask someone for a information and unload the extinguisher on them.

Or pretend that you have rockets on your car...during a pursuit on a highway when the police comes to chase you.
