sure, the gym is no catwalk,
sweat+ train hard  but for fucks sake use a deodarant and towel as a courtesy to fellow human beings

I use deodorant... but I admit to not taking a shower before I hit the gym in the morning. I take a shower after I finish my workout.

But I don't smell too bad. Some ethnicities smell like dead animals.

we had one guy, wealthy guy too (a freakin lawyer) who smelled like horrible body odor (like a Tijuana taco stand) and he'd fuck up the entire cardio area... finally, all it too was me taking him outside and saying "I feel bad about saying this, but we've had some complaints about your body odor" and he only smelled bad about 1 out of 10 times he came in after that.

lately, we've had a guy who smells like fucking old, moldy cheese. fucking horrible.

if Rich Piana is reading this forum, I'm sure he knows who I'm talking about. lol... big guy who trains with an old school CD-player with a 10ft extension on his headphones and owns some rental properties. nice guy who at one point was homeless, now he's "rich", but still smells like he's homeless. lol

there is a PT @  our gym , she trains these 2 fat heffer indian women, they fucking sweat liek pigs and stink like shit and dont use doedarant, if i am near them i get out the air freshner spray and spray that shit all around AND they still cant get a fucking clue and use a deodarant
