I wouldnt say I do bodybuilding, my main emphasis always is load progression (getting stronger) and the size has been coming along with it pretty well, but thats not to say that Im into powerlifting..Powerbuild ing perhaps is the right word here. I mostly eat clean and eat lots, but I dont follow a diet plan or restrict myself from the "bad foods" too much. I put enough time into my training as it is... going to college and all that, its really hard to keep up with everything anyway.
