Between 100-150g carbs and the rest fats to come up to about 2500 cals.
200 will be plenty then, maybe even 150 is enough.
got to get a feel for it, i up it to 250-300 on those extra cardio days with no or very little carbs.
you know,when it feels like stuffing yourself and too much comes out as poo, its too much.
sometimes i even do 50-100gr protein a day and weirdly, look better the day after.
you will know, esp on gear,if fatrolls grow, then its wo doubt too much of something, its very hard to get fat on gear if diet is in order and not too much food in general.
dont eat if not hungry.
