Do you bulk and cut or stay lean year round?
I lean out, then ease off on dieting, I never go fat as such or aim to bulk as I try and be health conscious in general, I have tried to bulk in my younger days and I looked like sh*t and face goes propper round....not a good look for pulling.
I do do cardio regularly as well, not for fat loss but general well being as there's nothign worst than a big strong looking guy puffing out afetr going up a set of stairs. Uusally I swimm drills for 45 minutes or so or cycle or go a quick half hour jog twice a week, this seems to maintain my cardio.
