Hiking. Nothing else compares for me. Scenery, progress, and a lot less assholes around to piss you off. Second is cycling - cycle touring is best.

If no opportunities for this, then a good walk.

I like jiu jitsu. 1.5hrs 2x week keeps me lean.

And hitting the batting cage and hitting 200 balls in a row (try it if you like baseball...it is a hell of a workout). I only do this once in a while during the winter, but during ball season, I'm in there 2 or 3 times per week

well not all of us want to starve ourselves, donīt take the piss out of cardio Training.
