Been years since I did a test, so I went to my GP as this is the free national health service I couldn't say I just felt like it, so I made up symptoms about my urine looking a bit foggy and foamy...etc and she said that's fine. So she gave me a referral form and I can go tomorrow for a blood test.
However, whilst I was there she said she'll do a quick urine dip test, this came back as positive for blood
very likely caused by a bacterial urinary track infection which I didn't know I had
.....just goes to show you can just walk along in life not knowing you have something. I got anti-bios for this and will update you guys on my kidneys in a couple of weeks time.
I am hoping I will be okay as this will reafirm my theory that I can maintain a decent physique with relatively mild cycles....but we'll see. If the doc says your kidneys are in the shit I'm quitting this lifestyle all together, fuck muscles....I'm outta here bitches.
