The human body is not designed to live on 600 cals daily..hell, even 12-1300 is too little. On top of that you are working out too much. Your adrenals are shot from all the stimulants and the low cals plus stimulants are frying your nervous system destroying the mielin. You are triggered ... this means that certain nerve centers/glands are opened up energetically (overdrive) while some shut down creating major imbalance. Like that is not enough, you fuck it up even more with your so called diet.
Truth is, you look good and can definetly look better. You need moderate exercize and healthy organic balanced eating. At most some cofee in the morning, no stimulants, no supplements and definetly no hormones. This way, your body will regulate itself because your mind is finding balance ..
.. the "seat" of your consciousness, in your case your "mind", is the pineal gland. In almost everyone is dormant and sometimes partially calcified. It is the bridge between your inner world and your outter world or physical life. It acts as an universal translator and balances the left and right brain. When you are not all here and are "somewhere else" your right brain thinking dominates. When you are overly physical in any sense, your left is the predominant one. You need to balance at and with the pineal.
When you learn to control your own thoughts. AT the pineal, the thought form projections generate electro-magnetic waves or a field in and around you. That's why "science" can measure "brain activity". The electrom-magnetic projection of your thought form at the pineal, tickles or stimulates the anterior pituitary which does it's job to regulate and balance the rest of the glandular system and several physiological processes in turn. So the key to balance one's body is to balance the thinking AT the pineal and thus use the pineal consciously .. take conscious control of your thinking, etc.
This is not about babes or bodybuilding, it is about what YOU need first. Once you find some balance obviously your ideas about dieting, motive and purpose, will change.. as well as even your own perception of yourself.
