Fuck this gay shit Keto diet, I ain't doing it no more.

Just had a plate of rice, some steak and a can of coke.

Fuck Keto.

Here is the new deal.

From tomorrow I am gonna do Intermittent Fasting, 20 hours fast, 4 hour eat window.

In the 4 hour eat window I am gonna have 180g Protein, 100g complex carb's and 50g fat

Ain't figuired it out yet but gonna eat around 1300-1500 calories a day but I am gonna up cardio.

Also fuck all this gay shit, gonna pin test next 48 hours, need to find fucking needles and syringes, I will film it.

Let the drugs to the fat loss.

Fuck keto just made me lose muscle and wanna binge.

Lol.

Longest I've gone without food was 7 days. That's of course the IV meth diet. I don't recommend it.

bhaha, yah i know 1 person who didnt sleep for 14 days straight on coke non stop, cept small powernaps.insane.

now, back to the dieting, depending on how fat a person is,600cals and on gear can work for a while, but there will be need for refueling big meals often, and the other factor, standing that through is simply too much, will leave one sitting in lethargy all day.

but its not "too low", if you compare it to big guy whos on all fatburners available and does 2 hrs cardio daily but eats 2000cals,it comes down to the same more or less.
but when too lean, youll just get the flu and thats it,lol.
and if one somehow stands through it anyway, best to look upfront for kidney donor.

my 1st big diet years ago was 1600cal/daily, 30min cardio daily and a modified Yates lifting routine. I lost 110 pounds. It sucked. I dont have the time or drive to diet like that anymore, career, wife, family make it imlossiblr to diet hardcore consistently, always running here or there, have to grab food out, etc... this time I statted at 2600 @ 320lbs and worked down to 2200 cal @ 240ish lbs before I hopped on gear, all just eating decent lean meats with condiments and brown rice/wheat bread.... much easier to sustain long term (especially while natty) and wound 70 looking much better.

its noy the fastest way to lose fat but IMHO its the easiest when extremely fat, especially in a long enough timeframe to get a lot of fat off and to KEEP it off. Crash diets when extremepy fat are not condusive to keeping ghe weivhf off, people just go bacl to their old eating habits because fhey didnt learn how to eat moderately and make better food choices.

When I help people lose weight, I look to change their eating habits, the way they think about food, and obviously BALANCE. My diet is a transition from shit to a balanced way of life/eating. I am successful 75-80% of the time.
