My #1 advice I give for dating is to be a man. Girls don't want to spend weeks/months to find out if your a man or not. Upon first date you need to show her. Best way to do this is for you to take the lead and make the decisions. She does not decide where to go. You pick the time and place. Girls want the man to make the decisions.

Me: Ok were meeting at xyz at 7:00. Leave the sweatpants at home and wear something nice for me.
