I just got back from a week in Cancun consiting of golfing, sitting at the pool bar or beach, eating a lot, and enjoying mucho dos XX's y tequila from time to time.
I went for a couple jogs from time to time to work up a good sweat, but other than that no working out. also it was a good week to take a time off.
anyway, i did miss lifting tho and today was my first day back in the gym. it felt good but its hard to get the intensity up to a good level after a vaction layoff. Tommorow I bet i will be back in the swing of things. First one is always the hardest
