When does it kick in?

One week ago i started my firts cycle:

Week 1-10: 250mg Test.Enanthaat (every 5 days)
Week 1-10: 200mg Deca (every 5 days)
Week 7-12: 30mg Winstrol ED

Week 13/14: 30mg Nolvadex
Week 15/16: 20mg Nolvadex.

I'm consuming 4500 kcal and 285gr proteine a day (about 3gr kg/bw)

Because this is my first cycle i was wondering when the strength and mass gains should become noticable?

little light on the test, but you'll need to wait a couple more weeks.  Do you know what front loading is?  It will help kick things off a little quicker, because by the time you really start feeling great and start seeing real progress you'll be stopping.  Also based on my experience, I think 30 of winstrol is too low.

my first cycle was kind of similar. if i could go back and do my first again. i would go alot heavier on the test 1000mg/week.

you never grow like you do on your first cycle

Yes, i do know what a frontload is. But becuase this is my first cycle i'd had diceided to save a frontload for a future cycle!

And to be honoust i'd say 1000mg test for a first cycle is kinda heavy..

About the winny i'd have to agree en thinking of making it 50mg a day!

250MG Test is nothing, but you should feel the Deca kickin in by the end of week 2 at the latest. 

I think your Test is too low considering you are running 200MG Deca.  It should be around 400 or 500MG at least.  You still want sexual function, correct?

Winstrol should be 50MG ED at least.

You should have come here first before starting this cycle and we could have deterred you from making these mistakes, Doc.

After a series of posts and exchanges here. (oral only or single comp only)
I am quite plesased to see you compose a good layered stack
such as this one . . . My next in 6 months wil be based on this.

I do agree with to group - 2:1 ratio of test to deca or (androgen to anabolic).
You  A R E  on the right track and certainly in good hands with
the competent and sincere guidance from people here.

With my ongoing experience with the same gear test/deca (past 10 years)
I would be careful and watch that you do not get below baseline (normal test) levels
that ARE likely in the 250 mg. range. I got grumpy (from reduced test) about 4 weeks in
until I bumped the dose to 500+ to get into my normal range.

funny ive had similiar problem of waiting for it

my cycle

week 1-12 500mg test enth e5d  (front load 1000mg first week) ( i should of frontloaded 2 weeks with 1000)

week 1-4 halodrol
 and standard pct to follow

now im using qv and im halfway through week six and im just now starting to "feel" it... sure i could see my body doin a little more as far as muscualr in the first 5 weeks but i didnt really feel any different but this week its come on real strong so im goin to extend they cycle to a 16 weeker to get the most out of it


also a thing i think that has made mine come on slow is the spot on my glutes where i shoot seems to b holding a small amount of fat... now im not fat at all.... i can see striations in my chest and clear deffinition all over me but for some reason i have whats none as a ghetto ass ( im not black lol) so i seem to hold alot of fat there and i think the test isnt gettin all the way into the muscle... so its breakind down slower in the fat cells??/ anyone think this sounds about right?

^Exactly.

Spot inject in to a site that doesn't hold alot of fat.

Delts, quads, pecs, biceps......(and if you're worried about the pain you are in the wrong game).

Also, you should have run this cycle at least 15 weeks anyway, so extending it to 16 weeks is nothing.

nah not worried about pain i just thought that was reason it was taking so long.... i seem to hold a layer of fat on my ass hence the ghetto ass... but ill try delts and quads.... also during week 12 ill prob kick it up to 750 mg a week thoughts on this?

I'm not a frontloader, so you already are on a different track than what I would have done.

I stay consistent throughout the cycle.  Frontloading with 1G, then dropping down to 500MG then back up to 750MG........

Pointless.

The fluctuating test levels are not something I like.  Consistency is what cycles are all about.  That is, if you want to keep your gains.....

I'm indifferent when it comes to front loading, doesn't hurt anything, but I don't see the point. If your running a proper cycle say 16wks, you'll be getting plenty of test anyway.

As far as bumping it up at the end of a cycle, this is also not normally a good thing to do. The only time I would advocate this is during the end of a cycle that is taking place during a diet for competition. If this was the case sometimes bumping up your test dosage at the end can be beneficial in helping preserve some muscle when you are in an extreme calorie deficit.

Like already mentioned, consistency is important in a cycle, and it should only be deviated from in extreme circumstances.

i agree with Div, frontloading is stupid especially with long lasting test products, there's always a buildup with those products.

great info guys thanks... ill keep it at 500mg a week for 16 weeks and thanks for the info.. imma try delts this week, im just not used to the one handed method but hey its all part of the game... and as for thighs ive read so many storys of it crippling your leg.. now in my job i cant have that happen (electrician) wich is basically construction so i have alot of walking around to do and ladder climbing... but well see

^Exactly.

The only time I would advocate bumping it up at the end is for muscle preservation for pre-contest prep.  Depending on the diet, you will need that extra test.....

- I really wouldnt worry about this bro....Like ive said before as long as your careful in hitting the right spot, you'll be fine....quads are the easiest to inject in my opinion, this crippling leg idea is damn near irrational and 99.9% unlikely if you know what youre doing!
