I'm sloppy right now at 314, but at around 285 I have pretty good abs. I don't have a six pack now, but you can still see my abs. As far as what I eat, I honestly don't eat that much. I've always been a big dude (could bench 225 in 8th grade) and my dad was a big dude. Right now, I'm getting about 3000 calories in a day. I eat about 4-5 times a day, lunch and dinner being my biggest meals. I do 1 protein shake a day (90g of the Nectar - I love that stuff).
