we all have abs.......it is just a matter of getting your skin thin enough to have the abs visible.......I think abs get plenty of work from squats and partial deadlifts......dorian and lee both think ab training without weight is a good idea....weighted ab exercises might make the abs and waist a little thick. keep it simple.....don't over analyze things.
same with alot of bodybuilders. some don't train them at all. Lee priest is another bodybuilder who dosn"t train abs or if he does very light weight. My whole point of this thread is some guys can do nothing for their abs just diet and they come out with crazy 8 packs, even if I did the exact same drugs and trained the exact same way, ate the exact same foods no way I could get abs like lee priest,dexter, lee haney,flex wheeler, crazy how they can do nothing for abs and with just diet they get 8 packs! Now that is the only muscle group you can do this with. every bodybulder has to train every other muscle groups like chest,arms,trapz,ECT,ECT but there abs just appear with a good diet and no training.
I could train like hell and never get those Lee priest abs and lee does nothing but diet. bottome line some people are just born with those crazy natural good abs and just diet will braing them out and some of us have to train our ass off to get abs.
