body fat

So I have been doing a intermittent fast since august of last year.  I dropped over 50lbs.... I am getting to the point where I have visible veins again and starting to see the striations in arms and legs... Still working on the still working on the 6 pack though..  Anyone have any advice for getting shredded,..

75mg Winstrol
1 shot sust

Cardio on empty stomach and post workout, low carb with one refeed day or two.

That's a lot of tren for a rookie brother

I would start on half of that to check your tolerance

Yep, cut the tren in half and add in 200mgs test base.

I get the same thing, my abs seem to be the last thing to come in when dieting down. That and lower back.
I have separations in my legs and arms, veins in forearms and sometimes in my legs after cardio or leg workouts yet abs are under a nice thick layer.
I've never tried intermittent fasting, or any other kind of fasting. What works for me is to eat smaller portions more often. I have a huge appetite and its impossible for me to go more than 3 hours without food, yet I seem to have a slow metabolism since the only thing that will get me shredded is keto with low calories.
Are you plateauing? Did you lose a bunch of fat and now stuck on those last 10lbs or so? If that's the case maybe switch up the diet or try eating more/less often, depending on what you did before.

Yup, I get striated tri's before I get a propper 6 pack, arms for many people hold less fat than mid section...infact for most mid section is the last place to lean out. Eespecially for those starting out as perma-fatties aka perma-bulkers

I lose fat in my face and ass before abs. It defies science but fat on my abs is the last thing to get lean.

250MG Tren daily
300MG Test daily
200MG ADROL daily
100MG VAR daily
200 mcg T3 daily
125 mg ECA daily

2 hours cardio AM

rest

workout

2 hours cario PM


4 meals a day of 2 tilapia fillets broiled and boiled broccoli.

yeah I didn't mean on my abs... just triceps and forearms.   legs etc etc       This is why I was asking for help because abs are the hardest for me and I haven't been ripped since high school.

Maybe he means cuts in forearms. I see them way before I see any cuts in any other body parts, aside from calves maybe.
