I understand what you are saying. These terms do have meaning, however, like yourself, I'm unclear how these terms apply to the human body. i.e. thermomagnetics. Maybe by "passive transmitter" they mean through other means other then transdermal.
I'm saying that its worse than that. they combine two scientific words that have no meaning together. there is such a thing as thermomagnetism. And there is such a thing as magnetic field. but there is no such thing as a thermomagnetic field.
and if you had read their liturature, you'd know that by transmitter they mean sending out a radio signal, so how can you passively send out a signal?
basically they're trying to apply scientific mumbo-jumbo to the ancient Chinese concept of qi (or chi or ki). that they can manipulate your "life force" or aura with plastic disks filled with water and some protein.
for a while they were promoting it as nanotechnology, even though the disks could have easily been manufactured in the 1960s or 1970s.
