I have been lurking on this board for a very long time...years.
Finally, I have a question for more experienced users. I have tried many anabolics and have quite a few cycles under my belt. I never went above 750mg/week of AAS at a time.
Now I'm 40 yrs old, 6' and 193lbs around 12%bf. I carry most of my fat around my midsection unfortunately so I have to get down to less than 6% to start seeing abs.
I've been on 250mg test enanathate/week for about 10 weeks, I look pretty solid, no flabby skin. I'm pretty evenly developed calves 15", arms 16", neck 15".
My goal is addition more lean mass but I'm not unreasonable, around 200lbs at 8%bf or little lower I would be happy with.
What am I to do at this point?
I'm a bit confused regarding what, how much and when to use. I'm willing to stay on for up to 1 year as of now. I have access to everything (I homebrew) including spanish legitimate GH or even DNP.
I eat around 220g protein/day, try to limit carbs and fat. 200-300g carbs on average and 100g of fat for now.
The training consists of following lyle's ud2 training, so full body 4x/week high, medium and low reps for low, medium and high weight respectively.
