rotate your forearm to the point your palms face up ( supinate) and observe your bicepes ( a tribute to sevastase) ...there's your scientific evidence

Yea and continues to do so, nothing can take away what he's accomplished. So now he's 70, in shape,
Rich, got his health and fame. It doesn't matter he's not box office gold today,  Hollywood is a vastly different place from when he was box office king.

According to Arnold himself , 1971 was his best year and he was at his biggest and heaviest ;  specially his legs (this was before the knee injury )....  


was he really over 250 lbs here ?   what do you think ?
