Something just came to mind and I will leave it here for whatever reason. In his book "Education of a bodybuilder" Arnold mentions its important to use higher repetitions as yoh advance and to stretch a lot and use full range of motion. Otherwise you will become "musclebound" and he mentions guys who train super heavy losing flexibility and the type of training Arnold is talking about is all the rage these days. Super heavy weight lots of partial reps etc and I think thats a huge reason why most bbers today all kind of look the same. Big but blocky and lacking separations detail and density that were much more common up until the early 2000s. I think lifting to build size means 10-15 reps heavy as you can and that almost always use a full range of motion. The body was designed to work this way, as you get bigger your detail should increase not disappear. Just a ramble.
