I just goggled it, I was correct in my first assumption that it is insulin, I have never had any experience with insulin and not something I am prepared to even contemplate as I heard many bad things.

I am not even on that level yet. I just want a good beach body, nothing special.

Even when I took GH it made my fasting glucose levels jump up to pre-diabetic levels so I discontinued it.

It's fully possible that I might even have pre-diabetes hence why I struggle so much with carbs.

You must not forget I was 253lb obese and abused food sugar for many years and had pretty fucked up lifestyle before I started training again.

Thank you for the constructive criticisms and input in this thread Simon.

Best Regards

No worries, you have fucked it up for yourself already, I will give you a week before you are back in timeout, you will have to escalate your behaviour to get anymore interest now.

kind regards.

Good luck junior, I'm the same way with carbs.... even a slight morsel and the flood gates open.

I've been doing this with decent results, and it's easy to follow:

Day 1-4: train fasted, 3 50g protein shakes throughout the day, and then 1/2 pound meat/fish with salad before bed
Day 5: train fasted, stay fasted until night when i eat whatever for around 2 hours
Day 6: fast
Repeat.

I may have to tighten this up though, seems like my progress is stalling...might incorporate 1-2days of just protein/green veggies into the cycle

Oh I do apologize, terribly sorry, didn't mean to pry, clearly I touched a nerve.

You are absolutely right, why would anyone want to divulge information about themselves to random strangers on the internet.

How silly of me.

Anything nice on the telly?

Kind regards

You are very poor at this.

I have experimented with many diets over the years and one thing FOR ME (and I want to emphasize the "FOR ME" bit) that sugar and 90% of any form of carbohydrates makes me fat. There is simply no question in my mind about this whatsoever, I state it as a matter of fact!

Now whether this is to do with sugar/carb's triggering some kinda of former addiction/craving to have more and more carbs, similar to how an x alcoholic can't even have one drop of alcohol and not relapse is probably the truth of it as far as I am concerned.

So with that in mind I am starting a huge Ketogenic diet from Monday and dropping carbs down to less than 50g indefinitely, with possible carb up days say once every 10-14 days or so (I will go on feel)

The question is, is it best to go cold turkey on the carb's ( was planning a 48-72 water fast + lots of cardio) or should I taper down slowly and gradually say over a week or so as to not to shock the system?

My instincts tell me I should just bite my teeth and do the former option and just man the fuck up!

I estimate I am currently eating about 4-5K calories a day, (300-500g carbs) currently @ 190lb, BF probably around 15-17% or maybe I am being harsh and its just test bloat??? Definitely put on size.

Anyway I want cut down now to 175 ish within 6-8 weeks max and tighten my shit up.

Happy to drop Clen, T3, whatever else needs be done to do this pronto I want 10% ish by July!

keto strips fat off me like a 48 hr miracle diet.

I could go from 16% bf to 10% in two weeks.

It never worked for me. I would cruise on 10 carbs a day for two weeks and keep cals at 2200-2400 and I barely lost 2lbs in as many weeks.

I lose fat super quickly using slow-burning carbs and doing interval cardio/lifting heavy with short rest between supersets.

Part of my bail condition with the Ronfather is that I must me "nice" and abide by all rules.

I have turned over a new leaf.

People can change you know. ;D

You have been fucking about with your shite in this thread already, same old fucking tune, your trolling is really lame now.
Its clear as crystal what your tactic is.

Ron wont ban you for trolling but he will ban you when you crack up again.
I have no idea why he let you back after some of the things you wrote in Timeout and over on "the other" forum  ;)

That's interesting, I've always been fairly sensitive to sugar too. Maybe that's the difference

I'm not. I can eat a pound of sweets and only gain maybe 1.5lbs of water overnight.

Salt makes me bloat easily. So I try to stick to skinless chicken breasts or lean cuts of steak (when on sale, since they're more pricey) and use basmati rice with a salt-free seasoning. When I cut salt to less than 1000mg a day, I lost 5-10lbs in a week.

Off course I don't expect you to understand how the Jewish brotherhood works!

First of all I was never put into timeout.

I requested by my own accord to be put in timeout by onemorep.

I was in touch with Ron with via email explaining the situation.

Ron is a great man of honor and I know he likes to drink Johnnie Walker Blue Label whiskey as a fellow whiskey connoisseur. I will be sending him a few bottles as token of my appreciation in this matter.

Regards

Thanks brother, I am same way with carbs.

For me the most brutal combination for fat loss is when I drop the carbs real low and also drop the fats very low too.

I mean I feel like death but for fat loss it works for me.

Muscle loss and libido is a big problem but I was natty then so should be interesting to see how things are difference on cycle.

Yet you expect people to take a thread with you asking about losing weight seriously?

Didnt you just write you knew exactly what to do there?

Speaking of bikinislut's account, it was you who wrote that business under her forum picture, right? Because she would never.

Yes, this is the quickest way to lose fat for anyone IF they can bear it.

You'll find that even a small amount of gear is a total game changer in terms of what you can withstand as far as dieting goes.... but you'll still feel like shit ;D

Now does that answer your question as to who wrote that under her signature???
No.

Because she left out of fear of Josh exposing her for the bullshit she pulled on him on Kijiji. It had nothing to do with anything else.

Yes I believe you got on her account or that she put that signature under pressure so you'd leave her the fuck alone and not do to her what you do to whoever you're bribing to use other accounts.

Not right now, maybe 1 week or 2 after I drop some water, I look to fat right now, hehe.

Anyway I posted some from few weeks ago when my arms got bigger one inch.

I am much bigger now, fucking shoulders huge now.

Started dumbbell pressing 90lb for reps now which considering my shoulder injuries would have been impossible few months back.

Super weirdly enough my shoulder pain seems to improved a whole bunch.

Still hurts like fuck but so much better.

Also its a joke how quick I recover.

Like I can do arms in the morning and evening I can do arms again if I wanted to! lols

You running deca? Manna for injuries. I can't take it, ruins my bp.
