Interesting article, grocery list for "clean" eating. Only $100 a week. Definitely feasible where I live as far as prices go.

Not enough carbs in any of these meals. But are they really that expensive? IMO it's not bad.

The link from the second post is only $100 a week. The bb.com meals are probably like $400 a week if that's all you ate.

3 meals per day x 1.99 per = 41.97 a week.

they can't even give you the recommended # of meals for that price.
