Losing fat made simple the trainer principles
« on: May 30, 2014, 07:54:01 AM »
Losing fat in this day and age can be confusing with so much bullshit articles all over the place, what if you dont want to count calories and eat 6 times daily, well just eat 3 meals and follow these simple rules.

1. Stay away from process foods
2. Stay away from process sugars
3. As soon as you feel full stop eating no overeating
4. the 3 meals can be high then medium then low  carbs or medium, low  then no carbs depending on  bodyfat levels
5. eat plenty of healthy fats and keep saturated fats low.

What happens if you don`t feel full?

I can eat an inhuman amount of food and never feel full.  I am talking thousands of calories in a sitting.

I am about to put the Ganache on a Boston Cream Pie in an hour and fill it with pastry cream.

Is this on the list of things I can eat.  ???

There is nothing "Process" in it.

That is why you eat natural foods like a bowl of steel cut oats with whole milk and almonds you will feel full for hours.

process foods and process sugar spike the metabolism make you hungry fast causing you to eat more and make it harder to lose weight.

don't overdo the healthy fats either though. I can overeat on nuts easely on a diet. lots of calories. keep it at 70g or so max

Point is even if you eath healthy foods you can overeat. on a diet you should be hungry most of the time. if you're not, youre probably not losing weight

I disagree with the hungry part, the problem is people think that dieting is a pain and suffering thing, now if you are trying to get ripped to shreds to win a bodybuilder contest then sure you got to do a bit of suffering, but for a average dude who is trying to lose some weight  you can do it on a normal healthy diet while feeling full.

well yes agreed dieting down to around 10% isn't that hard and can be maintained easely without restricting yourself too much

but that's about where the limit is. I think somewhere around 10% is where survival instincts really kicks in and your mind starts fighting you more.

If going for long cut

Calorie deficit, adequate protein. Food choice no matter, meal timing/ frequency no matter.

If going for all out fat loss

200-250g Protein trace fat trace carbs.

Right now I am weighing 255 pounds down 5 pounds since I am on a cutting cycle for Vegas in july I am aiming for 228 pounds at 8 percent bodyfat that should make the girls at hard rock wet themselves and I am sure you would love that picture to jack off to.

So how much, as a percentage, would you say you consume in semen per day / week? And about how many calories? Just curious...

Maybe Foozle will solve this mystery for us.

This thread sorely lacks in trolling. Adam doing his best, but the thread feels empty to me.

That is because the trainer is laying the smack down with professional knowledge, they are all busy writing down my principles and add it to their routine.

Process sugar or refined sugar is the worst thing for somebody trying to get a 6 pack, it would be better to eat high carbs then sugar.

Doesn`t make any sense when in a caloric deficit.
