overhead tricep extensions

why is it that they are so bad on my elbows but on heavy scullcrushers I'm fine  ???

what are you doing one arm with DB , incline tricep extensions, or with cable and rope ? I have always done them lying on a highly inclined bench. you can concentrate better and your Form is better.

]im the opposite can barely do skull crushers with a 25 plate on both sides of an EZ bar so indont ever do them elbows kill me. But over head both hands in the db I can do what weight I want as many times as I want to.

doing them sitting straight up. Cables are better for the elbows. Guess I'll do those instead with rope.
