They look like actual bodybuilders, not blimps in fake bodybuilder suits who are 6cm dilated and huffing around on stage.

They look great, like bodybuilders who just competed at the NPC USA or NPC National competitions and got their pros cards.

Yes, smaller though, but definitely shredded, not mass monsters.

Idk his protocol but the guy is a complete maniac. He didn't leave his house for the past 26 weeks b4 the show except for the gym and grocery shopping (not once; even cut his own hair so he doesn't have to go to the hairdresser). And on leg day he does 40 sets for quads and 40 sets for hamstrings lol (true story and no BS, I know guys from his gym)

yes I heard someone going on about how no one works harder than him. He has that crazy german discipline.

A pro card gets him 200 euros less in his wallet but alot more respect from his peers, beyond that I dont know, maybe a better paying contract from supplement company.

Conditioning far superior than basically every MrO competitor, but less size, both obviously smaller... Decent quality physiques i'd say...
