Interesting. IMO, both Tucker Carlson and Jimmy Kimmel were terminated because they became a liability for their employer. But only one of them, Jimmy Kimmel, was 'suspended' solely for comments he made on air the day after he made them. Tucker Carlson was let go for a culmination of reasons and not particularly because of his on-air comments. “He (Tucker) committed the cardinal Fox sin of acting like he was bigger than the network he was on. That’s why Fox dropped Carlson. It wasn’t one thing. It was everything,” Network of Lies, Brian Stelter
