While doing Delts last week I realized I need a week off. Mainly because while doing Seated DB Press I only got 5 when I usually get 8 with that weight, so yea I rested it all this week. I'm pretty excited about getting back into the gym, I made a new split and am going to be doing arms twice a week which I've never done before. I've also never done legs in the beginning of the week either.
Here it is
Monday - Tris/Bis
Tuesday - Legs/Calves
Wednesday - Delts/Traps/Abs
Friday - Chest/Bis/Calves
Saturday - Back/Tris/Abs
I'm actually thinking of doing something kinda new, every week I'm thinking of changing what I work with Chest and Back. One week do Chest and Bis, the next to Chest and Tris then Back and Bis....you get the picture. Does this sound good to any of you, it would keep some variety by alternating every week.
