guys, i just spent almost 4 hours snow blowing and shoveling my way out of this nj snowstorm, and i actually don't ache for a change! i took some lipo 6, creatine and coffee before i started, and i swear it was like being on speed or some juice or something! ( i felt like superman!) this combo is pretty powerful. (of course, until i drop dead form a heart attack).
