I gave up deadlifting when I could do a set at 185kgs, that was about 2 years ago. But my back is playing me up and deadlifting and squats are the best way to work muscle knots out outside of sports massage. Im pretty sure I can do more than 185kgs if I can row 160kgs as well. Havent squatted since Feb when I got to a set of 4 plates. Been cycling to keep the legs up.
