Interesting leverage/extension device, for the biceps, which I had to look up.
With something like that leverage you can make 10lbs feel like a 100lbs. Biceps don't care about the weight on the bar, just the amount of effort to overcome that resistance and make a full muscle contraction. Lateral, front and rear DB raises are also leverage/extension movements. As are fly's, to a certain degree. DB or cables, help yourself. Each exercise with the focus on leverage and arc of travel.
Also noticed that Watson makes a Squat bar, with the weight load lower down the mid back and different hand positions. Another interesting piece of equipment.
Funk will know this better than I but believe (way, way, way back in the day) they did make leverage bars, with a weight on one end of the bar only. The leverage could be adjustable to lighter or max resistance. Did forearm/wrist/grip and biceps movement mostly.
Good Luck.
