I was working out doing some crazy side lateral raises with 45 pound dumbells, and I was swinging them real hard and fast (like Kevin Levrone) and making weird noises and clanking them at the bottom like your typical weightroom jack-tard.
Then...out of nowhere....they come down and I smash my winkie in the weights and it hurts like a mother.
I quit working out.
I am in pain.
I may have no children.
