I was working out doing some crazy side lateral raises with 45 pound dumbells, and I was swinging them real hard and fast (like Kevin Levrone) and making weird noises and clanking them at the bottom like your typical weightroom jack-tard.

Then...out of nowhere....they come down and I smash my winkie in the weights and it hurts like a mother.

I quit working out.

I am in pain.

I may have no children.

haha yeah i have done this before. another favourite of mine is dips holding a 45 between your legs and trapping your nads on the side between the plate and your leg !!

I've told it before but cutting off a piece of my nipple in between the plates has those beat. And yesterday I super glued my fucking fingers to my rear view mirror putting it back on my windshield. I had to go into Longs Drugs and buy a bottle of nail polish remover with a fricken rear view mirror stuck on my hand. The girl was laughing her ass off and so was the idiots waiting in line behind me. I took the bottle and poured it on my fingers at the checkout stand. It scared the girl like it was going to wreck something so she grabbed a bunch of towels to wipe up the mess. After all this, the fucking glue didn't even work on the mirror. It is still laying on my floor of my car. I gotthe glue off my fingers buton one of them it seemed to glue my nail down. They should put warnings on those little things. Now that I say that I think they do but the writing is to small for me to see anyway
