Has anyone seen any recent pics of Dex ? He could really surprise a lot of us since he has had a year away from competing to work on bringing his physique to a new level for him.

If Dex takes it up a level from where he already is....(remember when Ronnie took his physique to a new level for him ?)

Could Dex unleash something that will surprise us all ?

Hmmmm......It will be interesting to see in a few weeks come Arnold Classic Time !!!

Dex has had a year to rest, he should look good.  He was pretty sick recently though, and his ex-wife/nice car were kidnapped, so he might be wearing the stress of a bad offseason.

Dex is probably my fav bodybuilder, but in the last few years I've watched his gut grow a bit. Hope it's not any bigger.

If dex puts any more muscle on his frame, I'll bet the midsection and his excellent symmetry and separation will suffer.  Even with that said, a peak Dexter is among the top 2-5 best BBers in the world and is almost always in great shape.

I can't see Dex doing anything more to enhance what is already one of the top 3 physics in BB today.  He could do a little site injection in his calfs, but he must be careful they don't through off his symmetry, which is his strong point after all.  To try to compete with the Mass Monsters isn't goint to do anything but screw up what is already as close to prefection as the turtle can get.  Posing, comming in bone dry and shreeded  are what will give Dex the push he needs to pull it off.  Not playing the size game.

Site injections in his calfs are you crazy !  Last thing he needs is calfs like Darrems;
if it aint broke don't break it.
