He's got great genes, I mean using so much chemicals and still being able to function normally, it's a miracle! Also let's face it, he plays his role well. He has some acting talent. It's the same roll to play everyday, but nevertheless, he does it well.

And apparently he has a look many people find fascinating. There's no shortage of suckers who really think that when they buy factory made powders and sugar filled drinks, they will look like Rich!

I hear ya. My wife's parents come to our 1,500 sq ft loft in the heart of downtown Toronto, with a 360 degree view of the city on the 33rd floor and think we really took a step back. Selling that massive house in the burbs which goes up .0001% in value a year.
