this is rediculous. my legs are much bigger than that and i can only squat like 260 for like 3 reps. my leg press is 3 plates of 100 on each side for 12 reps. my deadlift the same as squat. i'm not that strong as you all can see but my legs are a lot bigger than those and i do have "monster calves". 18 inches on a 5'11" 188 body. so how that guy can do 630... hell even put that weight on his back is to me BS.
