Is going to a tanning bed gay?

It's that time of the year again where white guys get pasty and pale as shit. I personally do think its kind of homo to go to a tanning bed if it's not for a competition but I've seen multiple guys walking to a tanning salon that's right next to my gym. What do you guys think

I got 5 sessions at a tanning bed a few years ago before I went on a cruise. My instincts told me to go to one in a strange part of the city so I would have no witnesses. Gay? IDK but I wasn't going to take any chances.

IF you can keep it reasonable, it's ok. But we all lose control and think darker is better then we end up looking like "that guy..." I oddly like it on me (don't tan no more) but find it pretty gay when I see guys all tanned up year round. Looks super fake in winter if you live in a place that has snow.
