I also have EXTREME hand tremors (on my left side mostly) and speech and balance issues at times

exactly the same
mine isnt inherited though, no one from either side ever has/had it.
Mines more pronounced than that, shakier hands, speech issues and, lol, I tip to my left the odd occasion. It doesnt happen often but honestly its kinda funny, its like an actual tip over, not all the way, I always catch myself. I also get room spins a fair amount.

truthfully it doesnt bother me at all its been so many years, but 100% of the people I am around notice and comment on it
