I remember David Henry lying about being able to do one-arm triceps extensions with a 135lbs db. Ego lifter.
I beg your pardon, mighty Lord Galvatron *cowers like a lowly Sweep*,
but ... I did actually see a video of Henry doing just that.
Now, to say that he was doing top third-range reps at best is probably generous

Still, he did get the thing into position and eek out a few partials.
I do agree that he had NO business claiming he could do one-arm extensions with that weight, though ... it's no different than Ultra Magnus and his 1 million ton leg press for 4" reps

As for the greater topic-at-hand, Flex Lewis and Dave Henry could definitely give Lee a hard time. At his best, Lee was fantastic, no doubt, but there are plenty of other short guys under 220 who would give him serious fits. Shawn Ray's one, and he could've done the 212s. Maybe Momo Benaziza, too, had he not croaked. And as others have mentioned, there's always Padilla. He was a complete freak at the '90 or '91 NOC (?), bigger than ever and just as ripped. He was billed at 225 for that show, which I don't believe for a second (he weighed 160 shredded in '81); still, the dude was perfect from head-to-toe. And unlike most short bodybuilders, he didn't look like a giant-headed little midget with stunted limbs.
