Nobody is behind anything. Evolutionary, this has always been the case with people sticking to others like themselves and so on. The benefits are preservation of culture, norms, mores and ways amongst groups. Ideally we would want to preserve only the good parts of each, but there are large groups and sects of people who insist on keeping the bad parts or using the bad parts to guide their culture.
Well, I'm part Jew myself. In fact if you only go back a few thousand years we are all related - even you and me. And I agree that cultures should be preserved. The Somalian culture is just as valid as the Egyptian or the Swedish or the Japanese culture. That's what diversity is about. However the recent mass immigration into Western countries - promoted many times by Jews - will not lead to diversity. The immigrants are not assimilating and sticking to their own cultures. When you go to London, do you want to see a city that looks like it is located in Pakistan? No, you go to Pakistan if you want to experience their culture.
Mass immigration to Europe has got to stop pronto and they should start social engineering programs immediately to stimulate birth rates of the Caucasians in Europe. It is for the sake of diversity in the World. This means the media needs to show / promote traditional families with 6-8 children as the norm and ideal. Traditional family values have to be celebrated and the homosexual agenda abandoned. If people want to be gay so be it but don't try to push it as the norm - which it's not.
Abortions need to be made illegal except in case of rape. Promote males in their traditional role as breadwinners and head of the family. Celebrate the role of women at home in the Kitchen or garden cleaning or doing laundry etc.
This needs to happen and the media companies have their duty to fulfill. I guarantee the birth rates would increase within a decade if not sooner. This is all possible via social engineering. It's a myth that white people don't want to have kids. Women make the mistake of starting a career because social engineering have conditioned them to accept that as the norm. Then when they decide they want kids its too late because they did not realize their biological clock is not compatible with a career.
