Lufthansa has a pretty safe record as well.....meanwhile, American Airlines have had some of the nastiest Plane crashes on record for an Airline Company...their last major crash was on November 12, 2001....any Airline company can have a crash at one point, it's just take that one time......the concord was the safest for many years and it took that one disaster in 2000 to put them out of business.....shit happens

OH MY FUCK WHO CAREs.

Most irrelevant shit ever.

It amazes me how the estrogen filled media will focus on this kind of nonsense and completely ignore more relevant shit.

These are high tech radar evading planes that are flying in people the USA illegally.  They are  brining in billions in cash.  having their old identity declared dead and starting fresh in the USA with a new identitiy.

It was the difficult logistics of maintenance on such a small and aging fleet that doomed the Concord.

the final report said the cause of the crash was a freak accident. that metal piece on the runway that pierced the fuel tank and cause the fire and they said concord had a design flaw.....like you said, maintenance was sky high and revenue was down...and it didn't make business senses........it would have been nice if the US could operate a supersonic flight for domestic travels......from new York to los angeles will take 22 minutes....damn

uh, no... A 747 makes the trip in 5 hours, thirty minutes.
A Concorde would do it in 2 hours, 18 minutes.  1,354 mph as opposed to 555mph.
Even at Mach 3, 2280 mph,  it would take 1 hour, 6 minutes.
A SR-71 BlackBird went...well they admit to 2193 mph or Mach 2.9.
For a 22 minute transcontinental trip you would have to go 7353 mph or mach 9.7.

Military satellites can locate anything, but they don't "exist"  ;)
