A week of shitty food and no training...

I feel like hell. Too much booze, shitty food and no training whatsoever. I am soft and small and weak. A twink. It's gonna take me a month to recover. Family is the worst for keeping you from your training goals.

I'm right with ya... I have been going through the motions at the gym, three terrible workouts in the last week.
I feel like a skinny fat guy.

A few days of binge eating and drinking plenty wine and beer, I feel like im back on the gear in the gym, amazing pumps, will be fun until I start getting rolls of fat..

If you are "soft and small and weak. A twink," after one bad week, then you never were in shape to begin with. You can't "recover" what you never were.

I just got back home after about 9 days with no lifting. Sat around on a couch and ate food most of the time. Just got done with shoulders and enjoying my creatine and protein power shake at the moment. I really need to start cutting my calories as there is a Hawaii trip in my not too distant future and I don't want random people on the beach telling me, "YLLS HTH".
