well your soreness if ya slow twitch fibres used in dancing and u will use fast twitch fibres for leg training so i dont see the problem training them. hope this helpsoh and dont listen to alexxx hes just a bit twisted

You are obviously not realy wanting to train them other wise you would have just gone ahead and smashed them , sooooooo dont do them to day , do them tomorrow when your head is in it and the workout will be worthy of growth , either switch them around with another body part or rest !!Overtraining acheives nothing but being over trained !!
well actually i love training, and i love training legs....but i can make a sacrifice for mass. which is the realr reason i train...not because i like doing it.so..since my mind is in it..i will train them. and smash em!! ahaha...although i do take your advice gracously...knowing that your legs were quite big themselves.

next time you go dancing, get extra sleep and eat more the next 2 days so you don't mess up your workouts that week.And do a few light movements on leg day, then spend an extra 45 min doing abs or calves or something lacking.

or, try something different. Take a pilates class, stretch for 30 minutes, do a half-body HIT routine, do a powerlifting routine, just anything to shock your body and just give your legs the extra time off.

i posted this on the training forum like 20 minutes ago and i didnt even get one view...so could you (mods) let this stay on thias board till i get a few replies..or for a few minutes. thanks.so today is leg day and my legs are still a sore because this weekend waas my schools formal and my legs got pretty worked breakin all them ladies off!! ahaha..(them short ones will definitley make your legs burn!)...so what should i do? not train them? ive heard that its good for mass to train through it...but ive also heard the opposite.soo....whats some advice!?
