I agree. Guys posting invalid YouTube links while on the leg press deserve to be kicked out of the gym.
i think people who load 10 to 12 plates per side and unrack it to 1/4 inch reps should be tossed out...
What gets me is why do you need to get someone to sit on the top of the leg press I see guys loading up the leg press all the time quarter reps less than quarter reps even.Two guys spotting themAsk them to go even one rep with 315 in the squat rack even 225, can't do it
Ego lifters most I've gone after my knee injury is 9 plates a side and I can get 8 or 9 decent reps. Without hands on my knees. Which it's another idiot thing guys do

Most guys in the gym use a range of motion like that. Other guys keep the back board high so their knees hit their chest when they are barely bending their knees. The whole point of any exercise is to see how much stress you can put on the muscles to make them adapt and grow. I concentrate on how much I bend my knees.
