Ronnie is shredded and dry as fck right there! Why does it seem like the guys these days are never that lean and dry? It AINT diuretics either - I leaned from some top level pros that 1// - 1 dyazide and you can pull the water off like a drought - IF you are sure nuff skinned lean. Too many fools think diuretics can save a physique last minute. I’ve literally never seen that work. I did it ONCE - felt like I would die and couldn’t get a pump to save my life. After a pitcher of tea and hours after the show I was INSANE looking. But my ass had been kicked by that point so all I could do at that point was cry until I blew snot bubbles and look in the mirror and say “I’ll get them fckrs next time I will you just watch I’ll GET THEM!!” 😆 😂
