I agree, but Dave was immensely popular at that time and made big money for Weider so the pairing of him and Arnold made a lot of sense busunesswise for the exposure of the newly arrived Arnold...............the n Arnold took over whereas Dave got robbed from Joe from jumpstreet in a huge way......Dave was compensated with peanuts after Joe used him in countless ads to sell his garbage products.

Yeah, Dave had a role on a TV show. Maybe the Beverly Hillbillies? And was in all those 'muscle beach' movies in the 60's. He was pretty popular but with Sergio and Arnold, along with the change in culture from the 60s to the 70's,  Dave's look wasn't going to be as profitable.

Not sure beak, but I do know that he made furniture, and mafe a massive handmade bed for Arnold.
