I don't know, if you said 400 or 450 I could agree....
315 is pretty light when your athletic and jimmied up to the max.....
That said some guys just have great legs and could manage with 315, but you can't generalise these things everyone gotta do what they gotta do.
It may be relatively easy for some individuals but they can up the intensity by increasing the reps and decreasing the rest period for example rather than up the tonnage.
I think you'd get better results (hypertrophy) that way.
