Strydom was way before my time and because he never had much success in the IFBB, I never knew much about him.

I started doing some research on him and he really had one of my favorite physiques of all time. HUGE shoulders, chest and arms and shredded to the bone. At 6'2" it was even more impressive.

as u could see there the tools'genetically were there minus the lats even from front,basically the shape and round full chest/delts/traps/quads ,they just blew up tenfold yr and yrs of using..he already looked good.

I thought Strydom was unfairly criticized on his back.  It isn't as bad as critics have made out.  In that video his conditioning and shape is unbelievable.

The sad troof, some are meant to juice and bodybuild, after a year of juice and training and you don't have similar shape and dimensions, you never will

Some sorry soles will chase the dream and half kill them selves in the process, paying for advices etc etc, its depressing to se men in there 40's still searching for the 'big secret'
