i was doing cardio every day now only 3 times a week. the reason i stopped doing cardio every day is because i stopped getting results. any diet ideas or maybe change the type of exercise im doing?
Poor cardio-- always gets the bad reputation when weight loss stops! LOL
Mix up the cardio-- were you walking, swimnming, runnning, what? and for how many minutes? Do some intervals where you speed up and slow down during the workout, pump your arms more--do weights with less rest time to get more aerobic.
Then there's always your diet to examine---in the beginning of this type of effort we all are good-- but as time goes on-- some might waiver! Write it all down....plan your more frequent meals.
You will get past the plateau.
