Yes, nothing like a thick neck to send the women in to a pussy dripping frenzy.

Well, even the best necks have to make room for new talent - you should have contacted Marie Tussaud in your prime  :D

Ex-Narcotics Agent and Powerlifter Joe Ladnier Faces Drug Charges
A former South Mississippi law enforcement officer turned power lifter and personal trainer was out of jail on $50,000 bond Monday following his arrest on a drug charge, according to Marshall Fisher, director of the Mississippi Bureau of Narcotics.

Fisher said MBN agents and other state and federal authorities assisted in the arrest of Joseph “Joe” Edwin Ladnier, 45, at his home on Overlook Road in the Vancleave community Friday.

Fisher said agents went to the home armed with a search warrant and seized 1,000 dosage units of anabolic steroids, a Schedule 3 narcotic.

hahahaa     Negative sir.  Not even close, I'm sad to admit.   That was summer of 1997 and at a BW of 272.  Long time ago.

What exercises did you do for neck training?

I'd like to hear as well.  I use bands for everything except the lying down plate on the forehead exercise but my results are nothing to write home about.

Neck training can be as simple as using a folded towel on your forehead lying on a bench then balance a plate on your forehead with your hands doing neck curls. For the back use a common neck strap while seated with a plate and do neck extensions. Use hand pressure for the side movement.

Neck helmets work great too. Lying on bench for neck curls. Turning sideways to do side reps.  Lying on  stomach for neck extensions.

You can also use a four way neck machine if you want to add to your home gym like I did.

Lastly this new neck thing shows a lot of promise. https://kensuifitness.com/products/ez-neck-pro?tw_source=fb&tw_adid=120209508706410278&utm_medium=paid&utm_id=120209508648970278_v2_s07&utm_content=120209508706410278&utm_term=120209508648950278&utm_campaign=120209508648970278&utm_source=facebook&campaign_id=120209508648950278&ad_id=120209508706410278

The one pictured is an expensive one. I had a much cheaper one that worked great. I got it off an ad in the old Ironman magazine.  The work really well.

  ;D

I made one in 1979! It was so funny.

Got an old football helmet from the equipment room. Drilled a 1/2 inch hole through the top center. Inserted an 8” x 1/2 inch steel bolt. Used a few huge washers. Tighted the whole thing up. Stuff more padding inside so the bolt head didn’t hurt my actual head.  Put small holed plates on the bolt. Keep them in place using a small C-clamp.

Looked ridiculous. Worked OK.
