I have considered this also. At times, I get a bloated, gross feeling when I eat too much meat. Also when eating carbs.When I eat more veggies, fruits, nuts, etc, I feel better. I feel "lighter" so to speak. I guess I don't have that bloat feeling.

Large Modern day agribusiness is pretty awful in terms of run off, leaching, animal ethics, hormones in foods, etc. small farms, sustainable agriculture is healthy though for animals and humans alike.
