told you guys about 3-4 weeks ago i was going to start my shredder blast.
its going incredible - getting daily comments about how amazing i look in and out of the gym,
only problem is im fuking bloated morning to night..........im gna put that down to GHRP2 - so although my whole body is getting ripped up, my stomach and abs arent comming through as well coz it looks like a baloon, gna stop the peptides for a few weeks soon and see.
right below is my stack and current diet and training - as you can see i was running close to 8g before ive pretty much almost cut it in half and feel and look better.
1g of test mix - cyp , deca , enth
1g of tren ace
1g EQ
700mg prop
900mg mast
80mg winny
80mg var
x3 peptides ghrp2/mod grf
50mg Ephedrine x2-3 a day
t3 50-75mcg a day
Friday and saturday i eat whatever the fuck i want
sunday i dont eat much few shakes, n a meal.
diet
mon-thursday
3 scoops whey
50g rice / brocoli / 1 and half chicken breast
50g rice / tin tuna / brocoli
3 scoops whey
musli / granola medium bowl
dinner ( whatever mrs or parents make chicken n veg / pasta / chilli / fish )
3 scoops whey
high protein 250-300g
carbs around 150-200
fats - dunno but very low
training - 5 times a week wheatever muscle i feel like doing on that day
no cardio
going forward - will swap ephedrine for clen and throw different stimulants in here n there
if i need to really dial in for example if holiday is comming or something il do 2-3 weeks keto
shrinks me but i get fuking peeeled.
so there it is - and its working very welll at the moment
when cutting in the past i used to go balls to the wall - feeling this slow n steady is working better n if i need to spice it up just sevearly cut calories and carbs for a week or so
